I absolutely love this place! First let me start by saying that as soon as you walk into the office it is so cute and girly and it makes you feel so at home! The women at the front desk are so sweet and are so helpful in guiding you through the paperwork you have to fill out. The doctor JeanAnn is literally the nicest person you'll ever meet Her voice is so sweet and cute, and she made me feel so comfortable!! I went in to get an IUD & she talked me through the whole process! Everything went great! The entire building is comfortable and luxurious, even the bathroom! I've never been to a doctors office or med spa that held themselves to such a high standard. As for the staff, they're all angels! "I am absolutely in love with Serenity’s provider JeanAnn and her staff, but I feel I need to mention Chelsea, who is the practice’s manager and front desk representative, specifically. She is the most kind, helpful, and bubbly person I have ever encountered at any business EVER. I’m in the office all the time due to certain problems, and On phone calls I hear her call people by their name and laugh with them when appropriate. I’ve also heard her talk to people with sensitivity and empathy and calm them down at their worst moments. I’ve also witnessed her come away from the desk, hold a woman’s hand, and let her cry on her shoulder while she spoke to her kindly and lovingly until she was ok again. Then one time when a woman was very mad (which NEVER happens at this place) she was patient, understanding, and LISTENED to the lady. She did not dismiss her. She understood the woman’s point and SOLVED THE PROBLEM. Ladies, come to Serenity to get amazing care, but also come for Chelsea, JeanAnn, and the rest of the staff. "First, I came to Jean Ann because I was so disappointed in my GYN visits who spent zero time with me and didn't answer my questions. I saw all the rave reviews about JeanAnn and asked my hubby (who is a double boarded MD ) what he thought about me seeing a NP instead of an MD. He said that many times NP's are better !! Therefore, I made an appointment.
Not only is the office lovely but the staff as well. JeanAnn is wonderful and I would not hesitate to go to her .

Jean Ann is the first doctor who I finally felt actually listened to me. After a trip to the emergency room for cysts, I was referred to her by a colleague. She listened to everything I had to say and finally ran test I have been asking for. She has been so loving and caring. Super informative. Her staff is AMAZING!! They all know me on a first name basis when I walk in the door. It's a bit of a drive for me but worth every second. Truly appreciate everyone at Serenity!
